The online publication Accounting Times reports a shortage of workers skilled in climate reporting for organisations. The small pool of skilled workers will shrink further with the projected increased demand for work as a result of the passing of climate-related financial disclosure legislation by the Australian government. Under the proposed legislation, there will be a phased rollout for organisations meeting their reporting responsibilities, beginning with larger companies.
