In response to the high demand for skilled workers, the WA Government has added free digital skills training as part of its Job Ready network.
The Digital Job Ready program is being delieverd by TAFE with the most recent cohort of 11 graduates from North Metropolitan TAFE under the banner of its Koomba Birdal (Big Spark) program for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students.
FAPSTC is proud to be a member of the Working Group of this Job Ready program, which provides training in the use of software applications organising data and records, producing documents, and providing a service to customers. On course completion, students will be transitioned into employment with opportunities for work placement, to commence a traineeship into administrative and customer service jobs.
