Prison Officer training in country WA to bolster regional recruitment
The Department of Justice will host Prison Officer training courses in Albany, Geraldton and Kalgoorlie Boulder in 2024 allowing community members to start a career without leaving their hometown. Western Australia’s regional communities receive investment to increase Traineeships
The WA government will invest $1.9 million to provide traineeships across 50 regional communities.
