Earlier this year, Volunteering WA launched YVolunteer aimed at helping young people take part in volunteering opportunities with community and not-for-profit organisations.
Volunteering can be a pathway to employment, with volunteers building work skills, confidence and knowledge and developing personally and professionally from their involvement in community organisations.
The website includes youth volunteer stories, volunteering opportunities available to young people, a volunteer ready course featuring four short modules plus resources and templates to help get volunteers get job ready.
