Following the first round of consultation on the Translating and Interpreting project, feedback received was collated, evaluated and used to inform the development of Draft 2, which is now publicly available for validation prior to the submission for endorsement.
Consultation on Draft 2 is now open and feedback is invited on the four Translating and Interpreting Qualifications, forty seven Units of Competency and two Skill Sets.
A series of webinars will be held over the next two weeks including an Auslan specific session on Thursday 9 June 2022 with priority for registration being given to members of the Deaf community, Auslan interpreters, or RTOs delivering the qualifications in Auslan-English.
