HR as an organisational function has evolved significantly over the past few years, with substantial changes driven by the COVID pandemic. The HR practitioner of the 2020s has different responsibilities, and faces different challenges from their predecessors.
The Australian HR Institute (AHRI) are undertaking a research project to understand the evolution of HR, the current state of the profession and future considerations. HR professionals are invited to input by completing a short survey (15-20 minutes). Research findings will be published in reports and through presentations to better inform the HR profession.
