A new report from the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) titled Meet the Future looks at how employers can gain from helping young people get career ready. In this post the Career Industry Council of Australia (Inc) gives a brief overview of the report touching on how employers partnering with schools on career-readiness activities for students can help reduce labour market mismatch and improve students’ employment outcomes later in life.
