The latest Talent Trends report from Michael Page Australia reveals the majority of Australian employees will seek new jobs in the next 6 months. The core motivation for planned resignations was a desire for change and progress (47% change career/role/industry, 42% unhappy with salary, 35% looking for career progression/promotion, 24% unhappy with strategy/direction of company, 24% company culture not a fit) but not at the expense of personal well-being (66% of people were willing to sacrifice salary, bonus or promotion for greater well-being, mental health and happiness).
