Treasury have released a proposal paper for the Quality of Advice Review that set out 12 potential proposals for reform. The proposals are aimed at simplifying advice regulations and making advice more accessible.
Interested parties are invited to provide comments on the proposals. Comments can be lodged using the online template. Closing date for submissions is 23 September 2022.
