The State Government has added six programs to the fee free course list for 2024 to assist women returning to the workforce or to progress to further study. Included in the 6 new fee free courses is the foundation skills program of NOW (New Opportunities for Women)
As part of these fee free courses for 2024, the Diploma of Vocational Education and Training as well as the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment have also been added to increase the TAFE teaching workforce in WA , where it is anticipated that industry leaders will be supported to teach at TAFE either as a new career or in addition to their current career.
