The Albanese and Cook Governments have announced the fee-free course within TAFE and VET will continue in Western Australia for a further three years. According to the media statement, there have already been great results in enrolments, with more 34,000 enrolling this year. Extending these opportunities helps with the cost of living and allows Western Australians to further their education. It also benefits industries that are suffering from major skill shortages.
