As part of a new initiative to help students plan for successful futures, from 2022 dedicated career practitioners are to be employed at 70 public secondary schools across WA.
Career practitioners will be positioned at schools which have large numbers of students studying vocational education and training and will help provide students with opportunities to experience a range of work experiences and study options. Employed as qualified teachers, practitioners will play an integral role in providing career information and liaising with students, staff, parents, training providers, employers and industry.
