The Federal Government has released a Discussion Paper including options, examples of potential changes and questions on the review of the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) Industry Funding Model (IFM) Terms of Reference.
Stakeholders views are invited and feedback received will inform the Review’s consideration, including to consider whether any refinements are required to the IFM to ensure its settings remain appropriate.
Feedback is required by Friday 28 October 2022. Further information including how responses can be supplied can be found on the Treasury website.
