Last month, the WA Government passed the Industrial Relations Legislation Amendment Bill 2021 through the Legislative Assembly. Components of the Bill include making Easter Sunday a public holiday, extending coverage of minimum employment conditions to domestic workers employed directly by household employers and increasing protection for vulnerable workers.
