DMIRS has announced that changes have been made to the Real Estate and Business Agents (General) Regulations 1979, which means the Diploma of Property (Agency Management) CPP51119 will no longer be used after the 19th April 2024 for the grant of a Real Estate and Business Agent Licence in WA. The new Diploma of Property (Agency Management) CPP51122 is now available and will be used in conjunction with CPP51119 for licence applications.
