Financial, Administrative and Professional Services Training Council (FAPSTC) is currently consulting with employers, peak bodies and training organisations to understand different points of view about vocational training and workforce development needs across a range of industry sectors within our remit. This will form part of our submission to the State Training Board and the Department of Training and Workforce Development and will inform the 2021/2022 State Training Plan and guide decisions about funding allocation for training in Western Australia.
We would like to hear your views on whether the education and training mechanisms in place are meeting the shifting workplace and skills needs being sought by employers and what can be done better to support industry with skills development through training.
