The Australian Industry Skills Committee (ASIC) recently endorsed the addition of a specialist stream for Strata Management to the Diploma of Property (Agency Management).
This stream includes 5 units of competency which will allow learners to tailor their learning to achieve the Diploma in Property (Agency Management) specialising in Strata Management.
The Skills Ministers final approval has been granted and the qualification will be updated on the National Training Register before the end of April. This will include a change of code from CPP51119 to CPP51122. Visit the project page on the Artibus Innovation website for more information.
