Visit the IBSA website http://www.ibsa.org.au/ for further information.
Employability Skills
In accordance with the National Quality Council (NQC) decision that Employability Skills must be embedded within Training Packages and must be explicit enough to enable them to be delivered, assessed and reported. Innovation and Business Skills Australia (IBSA) has conducted a project to identify and integrate Employability Skills in all IBSA units of competency and qualifications. Employability Skills must be included within nationally recognised Training Package units of competency, and in qualifications and skill sets-to ensure they are considered in training and assessment.
