Financial, Administrative and Professional Services Training Council Inc works with industry to foster:

• Quality and industry-specific training
• A skilled and flexible workforce
• Improved productivity
• Employment-based training and traineeships
• Industry networks
• Effective representation on training-related matters

The Financial, Administrative and Professional Services Training Council (FAPSTC) is also actively involved in facilitating and participating in industry workshops and seminars, producing industry reports and working on training based projects with its stakeholders as well as providing pertinent training information through a variety of avenues such as newsletters and bulletins.

Some of our activities include: ·

• Working with industries to develop national competency standards and training packages
• Monitoring the availability and quality of training services in Western Australia
• Influencing Vocational Education Training (VET) policy
• Promoting of VET benefits, opportunities and services to industry
• Providing VET advice to industry regulators
• Monitoring the allocation of public funds to industry
